I’M LEXY!
A South Dakota-based Graphic Designer specializing in branding, illustration, and graphic design. After graduating from Northern State University in 2023 with a degree in Digital Media and an emphasis in Graphic Design, I’ve had the pleasure of working as a designer for My Place Hotels and freelancing as a logo designer.
With a background in biology, I bring a unique perspective to my work, combining creativity with analytical problem-solving. I’m passionate about creating visually striking designs that tell compelling stories—whether it’s through bold branding, custom illustrations, or engaging digital content.

KEEP UP WITH ME
I recently completed a brand redesign for Fruit of the Coop, a South Dakota–based company dedicated to sharing their love of chickens and farm life. I pulled inspiration from details she already loved—thrifted dishes, gingham patterns, and her own chicken coop, which I illustrated by hand. The result is a warm, playful identity that feels personal and true to her mission.

My piece, “Oh, To Be Lucky,” was featured in Nice;02, a national survey of contemporary artists exploring personal, political, and social narratives. This exhibition highlighted intricate stories through diverse mediums, and I was honored to contribute my perspective to the dialogue.

For White Cloud, I created a logo and branding that reflects the client’s mission, using my background in biology to inspire organic, nature-driven elements. This connection helped me align the design with their values and establish a strong, meaningful brand identity. The project showcases my ability to blend creativity with scientific insight, resulting in a design that resonates with both the client and their audience.
